What the Role Looks Like

This is a combination shop and field service role, with modern service trucks that do not require a CDL. You’ll work on a wide range of agricultural equipment and be supported by a strong parts and service team.

Shift:

Busy season (May–October):

  • Monday–Friday, 7:00am–5:30pm
  • Alternating Saturdays, 8:00am–12:00pm

Off-season (November–May):

  • Traditional 40-hour workweek
  • No weekends
  • Primarily shop-based work

Paid overtime applies, and hours are steady and predictable for the industry.

What You’ll Be Working On

  • Diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing farm equipment including: Tractors, Hay equipment, Combines and related machinery

Who This Role Is For

We’re open to technicians from farm equipmentconstruction equipmentheavy equipment fleets, or over-the-road diesel backgrounds who are comfortable with diagnostics and ready to apply their skills in agriculture.

Ideal background:

  • Strong mechanical and diagnostic ability
  • Formal diesel training preferred, but solid on-the-job experience is absolutely considered
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Ability to pass a drug screen required for operating heavy machinery
