We’re looking for a CDL-A Transport Driver to run heavy-duty wreckers, rollbacks, recovery trucks, and tractor-trailer combos (26,000+ GVWR). This isn’t a “sit and wait” driving job—you’ll be out on the road, working with dispatch, solving problems on the fly, and keeping customers moving.

This role runs Monday–Friday (5AM–7PM window) with a rotating on-call weekend schedule. When the phone rings, you go. In return, the pay reflects it.

Pay & Earnings

  • $28–$34/hour base pay
  • $49/hour premium rate (5PM–7AM Mon–Fri + all weekend hours)
  • Strong earning potential up to $120,000/year

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Handle transport pickups and deliveries as scheduled
  • Operate heavy-duty wreckers, rollbacks, and tractor-trailer units safely
  • Perform full DOT pre-trip and post-trip inspections
  • Keep logs, trip sheets, and paperwork accurate and up to date
  • Work directly with dispatch to get jobs done efficiently
  • Navigate routes using GPS, maps, and instructions
  • Handle customer issues professionally when they pop up
  • Follow all safety rules, traffic laws, and DOT regulations
  • Complete Tow Book documentation correctly and on time
  • Keep trucks clean, organized, and ready to roll
  • Report equipment issues immediately

What We’re Looking For

  • Valid CDL-A license
  • Clean driving record and current DOT medical card
  • No automatic transmission restriction
  • Hazmat, tanker, doubles/triples endorsements are a strong plus
  • At least 2 years of commercial driving experience
  • Good communication with dispatch and team members
  • Willing to work weekends, holidays, and on-call shifts
