What You’ll Do as a Rockstar Plumber:

Be a vital part of a team that genuinely cares—about the work, the customers, and each other.
Deliver top-tier residential plumbing services with professionalism, respect, and a customer-first mindset.
Diagnose issues on-site, provide accurate estimates, and fix problems right the first time—while keeping homeowners informed every step of the way.
Install, maintain, and repair all types of piping systems, fixtures, and residential plumbing equipment.
Prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines without compromising quality.
Perform diagnostics, maintenance, service, and installations in line with manufacturer specifications.
Follow all safety rules, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Educate customers on system maintenance and care, empowering them to protect their investment.
Communicate the value of services, products, and programs on every call.
Pitch in as needed—team players only.

What You Bring to the Table:

A growth mindset—driven, reliable, and ready to grow your career
3+ years of plumbing experience, preferably in residential service
Journeyman or Red Seal Certification, or a 3rd/4th year apprentice
Domestic Gas Fitter B License is a bonus
Solid customer service and communication skills—you know how to connect with people
Valid Class 5 driver’s license with a clean abstract
Physically able to handle the demands of the job
Background in HVAC, refrigeration, or mechanics is a strong asset
Dependable, punctual, and committed to keeping your work truck clean and safe
