Water Piping Wizardry: Install and repair water lines like clockwork, all up to code and clean as a whistle.
Drain Game Strong: Install, maintain, and repair drainage systems so smooth, water practically thanks you. Prevent future problems before they even think about showing up.
Water Heater Know-How: Traditional or tankless — you install, repair, and advise like a seasoned vet. Energy efficiency, safety, and cutting-edge tech? You’re on it.
Safety First, Always: Follow the protocols. Keep yourself, your crew, and the customer safe. No shortcuts.
Team Vibes: Train the apprentices. Learn from your crew. Tackle tough jobs together and celebrate the wins.

$28–$32/hr + Commissions – Plus performance bonuses. You bring it, we pay it.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING

5+ years of plumbing experience — service, repair, and maybe a bit of management
Proper plumbing licenses/certifications
A valid driver’s license and clean record
Willing to pass a background check and drug screen
A growth mindset, a solid work ethic, and a drive to be part of a high-performing team
