HVAC Technician

Type: Full Time
Compensation: C$25 - C$35 / hour
Location: Milwaukee, Wisconsin, United States

What You’ll Do:

  • Install heating, ventilation, A/C systems, and ductwork
  • Diagnose issues and perform repairs or replacements
  • Keep systems running smoothly with regular maintenance
  • Be ready to respond to emergency calls on a rotating schedule
  • Follow safety procedures like the professional you are

What You Bring:

  • 1+ year of HVAC experience (preferred)
  • Ability to read and understand HVAC wiring diagrams
  • Strong multitasking, time management, and troubleshooting skills
  • High school diploma or GED (required)
  • Physically able to lift 50+ lbs, work at heights, and in tight spaces
  • Comfortable using smartphones, tablets, and basic computer systems
  • Willing to work nights/weekends as part of an on-call rotation
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Must be able to pass a drug screening

Schedule:

  • 8-hour shifts, Monday–Friday
  • On-call and weekend availability required on rotation

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • EPA Type II certification (preferred)

Work Locations: Multiple sites—no two days are the same!
