HVAC Technician

Type: Full Time

Compensation: C$25 - C$35 / hour

Location: Milwaukee, Wisconsin, United States

What You’ll Do:

Install heating, ventilation, A/C systems, and ductwork
Diagnose issues and perform repairs or replacements
Keep systems running smoothly with regular maintenance
Be ready to respond to emergency calls on a rotating schedule
Follow safety procedures like the professional you are

What You Bring:

1+ year of HVAC experience (preferred)
Ability to read and understand HVAC wiring diagrams
Strong multitasking, time management, and troubleshooting skills
High school diploma or GED (required)
Physically able to lift 50+ lbs, work at heights, and in tight spaces
Comfortable using smartphones, tablets, and basic computer systems
Willing to work nights/weekends as part of an on-call rotation
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Must be able to pass a drug screening

$2,000 Bonus after 1 year of service (for qualified techs!)

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent
