HVAC Technician

Type: Full Time

Compensation: C$25 - C$35 / hour

Location: Oakville, Ontario, Canada

We’re looking for driven, motivated, and career-focused HVAC Installers and Service Technicians to join a growing team. You'll play a key role delivering top-quality installations, servicing, and repairs in residential homes — all while creating an outstanding customer experience.

You bring:

Minimum 3 years of recent HVAC experience (furnaces, A/C – central and ductless, gas boilers, tank/tankless water heaters)
Gas Fitter 2 License
Residential Air Conditioning License (Journeyman or Red Seal)
Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record
Clear criminal background
Strong technical skills, excellent customer service, and proven performance in past roles
Ability to generate HVAC leads and enroll customers in protection plans
Comfortable working from heights and on ladders
A team mindset with a positive attitude and sense of accountability

Ensure all work complies with TSSA and municipal building codes
Deliver a premium experience — educate and advise customers on their best options
Conduct thorough inspections of HVAC equipment
Maintain a clean, well-stocked service vehicle
Promote additional products and services on every call
Ask for reviews — because your work will speak for itself
Support and follow high standards of health and safety
Follow Energy Star installation procedures
Collaborate with teammates to complete installations efficiently and effectively
