HVAC Technician

Type: Full Time

Compensation: C$20 - C$35 / hour

Location: Cleveland, Ohio, United States

We’re looking for experienced, motivated HVAC technicians with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in either commercial or residential HVAC. If you’ve got the skills, the drive, and a passion for delivering top-notch service, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Need to Bring to the Table:

Solid technical knowledge
Proven experience servicing & maintaining:
Forced-air heating & cooling systems
Heat pumps
Ductless mini-splits
Hot water boilers
Water tanks
Rooftop units
Ability to confidently explain technical and financial info to customers
Commercial refrigeration experience? Even better – it’s a big plus!

Bonus Points If You Can:

Read and interpret blueprints
Wire low-voltage systems to spec
Braze and solder like a pro
Think on your feet, solve problems, and pay close attention to detail
Balance working independently and as part of a team
Keep our customers’ trust front and center
