HVAC Technician

Type: Full Time

Compensation: C$30 - C$40 / hour

Location: Columbus, Ohio, United States

What We’re Looking For:

5+ years of service experience in HVAC/R
Proficiency in basic refrigeration concepts
Ability to wire and start up various systems, including split systems, mini splits, heat pumps, AC units, rooftop units, VAV systems, and walk-in coolers
Strong skills in reading wiring schematics
Detail-oriented when it comes to writing up comprehensive service reports
Knowledge of key HVAC/R components such as relays, interlocks, smoke detectors, thermostats, crankcase heaters, and head pressure controls
Skilled in pulling a vacuum and properly charging systems
Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic skills for system failures
Strong communication skills to interact with both the team and clients

What We Offer:

Competitive Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour, based on experience
Work Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday, Day Shift
Expected Hours: 40 hours per week

Job Requirements:

Education: High school diploma or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience: At least 2 years in HVAC (Required)
Licenses/Certifications: EPA Type II (Preferred), Driver's License (Required)
