Key Qualifications:

Experience: Minimum of 10 years as a field service technician specializing in construction heavy equipment.
Electrical Expertise: Proficiency in D/C electrical operation and theory, including the ability to read schematics and understand solid-state devices.
Hydraulics Expertise: In-depth knowledge of hydraulic systems, including reading and interpreting hydraulic schematics.
Diesel Engine Knowledge: Familiarity with electronic diesel engine controls across multiple brands.
Power Train Systems: Working knowledge of power train systems.
Driving Record: Must have a clean driving record.
Tools: Own necessary tools for the role.
Computer Skills: Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and internet use.
Availability: Willingness to work overtime and occasional weekends.
Professionalism: Strong self-motivation, professionalism, and excellent problem-solving abilities.
