What You’ll Do:

Keep our fleet of trucks running smoothly and ensure they're always road-ready.
Lead the charge on a new preventative maintenance program for braking systems across our entire fleet.
Be the go-to mentor in the shop, setting the standard with your leadership and expertise.
Solve problems with creativity, skill, and a can-do attitude.

A hands-on leader who isn’t afraid to get in there and make things happen.
A proactive thinker who’s passionate about preventative maintenance, especially for braking systems.
Someone who loves working with S-Cams, Brake Pads, Slack Adjusters, and fixing things the right way.
