We're hiring experienced Heavy Duty Diesel Technicians to join a well-established and growing heavy-duty truck repair organization with multiple locations throughout Texas. We're seeking experienced, mid- to senior-level diesel technicians who take pride in diagnosing and repairing heavy-duty trucks while delivering quality workmanship.

Compensation & Benefits

$30.00-$50.00+/hour (depending on experience)
Higher compensation available for exceptional technicians
Hourly or Flat Rate pay available
Flat Rate technicians receive a guaranteed minimum of 35 paid hours per week
Monday-Friday schedule
Shop Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Responsibilities

Diagnose and repair heavy-duty diesel trucks.
Perform engine, transmission, brake, suspension, steering, electrical, hydraulic, and aftertreatment repairs.
Complete preventative maintenance and inspections.
Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues.
Maintain accurate repair documentation.
Work safely while maintaining a clean work environment.
Deliver quality workmanship in a fast-paced shop.

Qualifications

5+ years of heavy-duty diesel repair experience preferred.
Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
Experience working on Class 8 trucks.
Ability to work independently.
Own tools preferred.
Valid driver's license required.
