Notes – The calculator is based off of 50 Working weeks per year.
Charge Out Rate – The labor/labour rate that you charge your customers
Mechanic Hourly Rate – Hourly wage that is paid to your mechanic
Employee Burden Rate – The cost of employing someone beyond hourly rate i.e. benefits, insurance. Typically between 10%-30%
Mechanic Efficiency Rate – Average number of hours that a mechanic will charge out. I.e. 8 hours charged out in an 8 hour shift is 100% efficiency rate
