Daily Responsibilities (not limited to):

Replacement of residential HVAC systems
Collaborating with team members to complete jobs efficiently
Charging HVAC systems during startup
Checking gas pressure during startup
Wiring of low voltage for AC units and furnaces
Additional duties as required

Essential Job Functions:

Consistent, reliable daily attendance
Ability to lift 30+ pounds regularly
Comfortable with climbing ladders and working at heights
Willingness to work in varying weather conditions (hot, cold, rain, snow)

Required Skills:

Positive, proactive attitude
Strong teamwork and collaboration with other trades and coworkers
Self-motivated, able to work with minimal supervision
Excellent time management, organizational, and communication skills
Personal ambition to grow within the HVAC field and company

Position Details:

Schedule: Full Time, Monday – Friday
Compensation: Hourly ($24.00 - $28.00+ based on experience)
