Millwright/Fabricator

Compensation: C$40 - C$45 / hour

Location: Toronto, Ontario, Canada

We have an immediate opening for an experienced Millwright to join a well-established manufacturing facility in Toronto (North York). This is a hands-on role working alongside a team of Millwrights and Maintenance Technicians in a stable production environment.

This position is ideal for a skilled Millwright who enjoys preventative maintenance, breakdown troubleshooting, and mechanical work on a variety of industrial equipment. Fabrication experience is a strong asset for this role.

What You’ll Be Doing

Perform preventative maintenance and breakdown repairs on production equipment
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical issues to minimize downtime
Work on extruders and related plastics manufacturing equipment
Fabricate, modify, and repair mechanical components as needed
Install, align, and service mechanical systems and rotating equipment
Work safely in accordance with company procedures and OH&S standards

What We’re Looking For

Journeyman Millwright (433A) preferred
Strong hands-on millwright experience; 8–10+ years considered an asset
Fabrication experience (welding, fitting, repairs) is highly valued
Experience in manufacturing or plastics environments is an asset
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Reliable, safety-focused, and mechanically strong
