What We're Looking For

Experience & Expertise:

4–5 years of HVAC experience in installation and service
Strong knowledge of:
Conventional A/C systems
Ductless and ducted mini-splits
Light commercial VRF systems & chillers
Low voltage wiring and control systems

Your Skillset:

Advanced troubleshooting and installation skills
Strong communication and attention to detail
Team player mentality with flexibility to handle diverse job scopes
Tech-savvy with mobile devices and reporting tools

Your Mindset:

Positive, reliable, and solution-driven
Adaptable to different environments and client needs

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

Install, maintain, and repair HVAC and refrigeration systems
Apply construction and plumbing skills during system installations
Troubleshoot system issues using schematics and diagnostic tools
Conduct routine maintenance to ensure optimal performance
Provide exceptional service and clear communication with customers
Drive company vehicle to job sites for service calls and installations
