HVAC Technician

Type: Full Time

Compensation: C$25 - C$35 / hour

Location: Burlington, Ontario, Canada

What Do You Bring?

We’re looking for someone with a growth mindset – dependable, driven, and eager to grow alongside the team! You will also bring:

Grade 12 or equivalent education.
Gas Technician II license.
Certification as an Air Conditioning Mechanic (Ontario – 313d).
Ozone Depletion Prevention (ODP) card.
Class G Driver’s License.
3-5 years of field experience in servicing Water Heaters & HVAC equipment (preferred but not required).
Willingness to work rotating shifts and on-call duties as needed.
The physical capability to perform the tasks required of this role, including occasional lifting, bending, and working in diverse environments (dusty, slippery, hot, cold).
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
Exceptional customer service skills.
An eagerness to understand new technologies, including electronics and electricity.
Punctuality and dependability are key to success in this role.
A willingness to wear a company-provided uniform and maintain a clean, safe vehicle.
