HVAC Technician

Compensation: C$25 - C$35 / hour
Location: Burlington, Ontario, Canada

What Do You Bring?

We’re looking for someone with a growth mindset – dependable, driven, and eager to grow alongside the team! You will also bring:

  • Grade 12 or equivalent education.
  • Gas Technician II license.
  • Certification as an Air Conditioning Mechanic (Ontario – 313d).
  • Ozone Depletion Prevention (ODP) card.
  • Class G Driver’s License.
  • 3-5 years of field experience in servicing Water Heaters & HVAC equipment (preferred but not required).
  • Willingness to work rotating shifts and on-call duties as needed.
  • The physical capability to perform the tasks required of this role, including occasional lifting, bending, and working in diverse environments (dusty, slippery, hot, cold).
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • An eagerness to understand new technologies, including electronics and electricity.
  • Punctuality and dependability are key to success in this role.
  • A willingness to wear a company-provided uniform and maintain a clean, safe vehicle.
