HVAC Technician

Type: Full Time

Compensation: C$20 - C$30 / hour

Location: Indianapolis, Indiana, United States

We’re on the hunt for a hands-on, high-impact Facilities Technician who’s ready to take ownership of everything from HVAC systems to electrical and plumbing. If you're the type who thrives in a fast-paced, technical environment and knows how to keep things running like a well-oiled machine—we want to hear from you.

What You'll Be Rockin':

Tackling preventive maintenance and fast-response repair work across mechanical, electrical, and other facility systems.
Running the show on HVAC, plumbing, electrical distribution, production gear, and building systems—inside, outside, and everything in between.
Learning and mastering building automation systems, fire/life safety setups, and other mission-critical infrastructure.
Conducting facility inspections and due diligence walkthroughs—flagging any issues that could disrupt client operations or comfort.
Rolling up your sleeves for anything else that needs doing—we value flexibility and initiative.

What You Bring to the Stage:

High school diploma or GED required; technical training or degree? Even better.
Universal EPA/CFC certification—no exceptions.
4+ years of solid building engineering experience, with proven skills in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and production equipment maintenance.
A deep understanding of how systems work together to keep things running 24/7.

Bonus Points If You Have:

Two years of trade school or an apprenticeship under your belt in electrical, HVAC, plumbing, or similar.
A hunger to learn, lead, and level up.

Physical Requirements (Because This Gig Is No Desk Job):

Able to lift up to 80 lbs.
Comfortable working at heights and in tight or extreme environments (hot/cold).
Frequent climbing, kneeling, bending, and overhead work.
Driving long distances when needed.
Climbing ladders (up to 30 ft) while carrying a 20 lb tool bag—total load limit 300 lbs.
