HVAC Technician

Type: Full Time

Compensation: C$20 - C$35 / hour

Location: Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada

About the Role:

As an HVAC/R Technician, you'll play a key role in delivering top-notch service for heat pump equipment. You’ll ensure our customers’ systems are well-maintained and running efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform maintenance, installation, cleaning, diagnostics, and repairs on heat pump equipment
Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams
Anchor and hook-up HVAC machinery
Adhere to safety standards and procedures
Handle medium to heavy equipment safely

Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in HVAC/refrigeration
Journeyman Refrigeration license preferred (Apprentices are encouraged to apply)
Valid driver's license
Relevant safety certifications (e.g., First Aid, Fall Arrest, WHMIS) are a plus
Willing to be available for on-call rotation for emergency service
