Top Pay & Premium Benefits:

Union Pay Scale: $31.98 – $45.45/hr
Up to $50/hr for highly qualified techs
Relocation Assistance Negotiable
Shift Differentials:
+$2/hr for 2nd shift
+$2/hr for weekend hours
ASE Incentives:
+$.25/hr for each primary automotive certification
+$.15/hr for each secondary transit certification
+$1,000/year bonus for ASE Triple Master
+$1,000/year bonus for ASE Quad Master
Tool Reimbursement & Paid ASE Testing

What You’ll Be Doing:

Diagnose and repair complex diesel engine issues
Perform scheduled maintenance and PM inspections
Handle major repairs including overhauls and rebuilds
Lead advanced diagnostic work across a variety of vehicles
Ensure fleet reliability and safety
Mentor junior techs and help grow shop knowledge
Collaborate with the team to keep everything moving efficiently

What You Bring to the Table:

3+ years diesel mechanic experience
ASE Certified (or willing to get certified — we’ll cover it)
Your own tools (with reimbursement available)
Must pass DOT physical & drug screening

Work Environment & Schedule:

Indoor/outdoor shop environment
Must be able to work shifts or flexible hours as needed
