You can be the best recruiter in the world, but if you don’t have a deep and active network, you’ll be fishing in an empty pond.

Why Network Size Matters
Having a large network isn’t about bragging rights — it’s the determining factor between success and failure.
The narrower your network, the fewer chances you have of finding the right people. And in recruiting, it’s all about connecting with the right people.
